So much for free speech!! It looks like we’ve touched a nerve with someone in relation to our post this morning. I received an email this morning (which i only picked up now) from a major corporate law firm, here in Dublin. Lets be clear on this I haven’t done anything wrong, I have simply published a letter which was received by a family member. I refuse to be bullied or censored on this and I will not under any circumstances remove my blog post.
I’ve been blogging since 2005 and AGH has been up and running since 2006. We’ve sailed close to the wind on a number of occasions but this goes beyond all that… ive done nothing wrong and i stand by my post. I actually held back on information truth be known…

What is the issue, do they want you remove the Airtricity letter. Surely this letter is in the public domain already???
Don’t let them push you around ballcock, its just a scare tactic, they don’t have a leg to stand on

Look I don’t want to get into it right now as I’m not sure how this is going to play out, but I’ve passed all materials on to a few people who work in this area…i’m not going to elaborate too much until i get a steer one way or another from them.
